Over eight years of working at the intersection of storytelling, business strategy, and human potential — across Africa and the United Kingdom.
Connect with BOJHer journey began in traditional media, working across newsrooms and production environments at Television Continental (TVC) and later Accelerate TV. These experiences shaped her deep understanding of storytelling and the power of communication — how a well-told story can move people, shift thinking, and build lasting reputations.
She is the founder of House of BON, a growing creative ecosystem built on one simple mission: to inspire the world to create. Through BON Storytelling Agency, one of its subsidiaries, she leads a team that has worked with some of Africa's leading executives, institutions, and organizations — helping them communicate their value and tell stories that reflect who they truly are.
Over the years, this work exposed her to something deeper. Many people carry remarkable ideas, powerful visions, and untapped potential — yet despite their passion and expertise, they often lack the clarity, structure, and environment needed to transform those ideas into results. The problem was never a lack of ideas. It was a lack of developed ideas.
That observation led her to start Schooled to Create. Not as a course. Not as a coaching programme. But as a designed environment — a platform where serious builders, creators, leaders, and visionaries can gain the clarity, structure, and support they need to build work that actually matters.
"The problem was rarely a lack of ideas. It was a lack of developed ideas."
— Bolanle Oyindamola JenrolaPeople were rushing into execution on thinking that had never been completed. And when things became difficult, they assumed they had failed at building. Many times, they had simply begun too soon.
Schooled to Create was created as a response to that observation. For Bolanle, the goal has never simply been to help people tell their stories.
It is to help them discover what they have been called to build, gain clarity around it, and take intentional steps towards bringing it to life — with the right support, structure, and environment.

Over eight years of working with founders, executives, ministry leaders, and organizations across Africa and the United Kingdom, one pattern became impossible to ignore.
The problem was rarely a lack of ideas. It was a lack of developed ideas. People were rushing into execution on thinking that had never been completed. And when things became difficult, they assumed they had failed at building. Many times, they had simply begun too soon.
I designed every element of this experience — the framework, the worksheets, the structure of the programs — with one question in mind: what does a serious builder actually need in order to think properly?
Schooled to Create is the answer to that question. And it is built for the people who are serious about building things that matter.
